I stopped performing.
Everything real started then.

I'm Javi. I spent most of my life being very good at being watched. Hikari is what I built after I learned the difference between being impressive and being present.

  1. The Arena

    Fifteen years of performing

I grew up inside competitive sport. I learned early that being impressive was currency — and I got very good at it. Podiums, sponsors, the right answers in interviews. From the outside it looked like success. From the inside it felt like maintaining a character.

  2. The Crack

    When the mask stopped working

An injury took the performance away and left only the person underneath. I didn't know who that was. That gap — between the version of me people applauded and the version that existed at 3am — became the most important question of my life.

  3. The Work

    Self-knowledge as a practice

I spent years in study and practice: somatic work, contemplative traditions, mentoring frameworks, and thousands of honest conversations. What I found wasn't a technique. It was a simple, hard discipline of telling yourself the truth, repeatedly.

  4. Hikari

    Light, and what it reveals

Hikari means light. I built it in Bali for athletes, founders and professionals who are winning on paper and exhausted underneath. Not to make you softer — to make you real, and to make your career finally match who you actually are.

What I actually believe

You do not need to become someone else. You need to stop spending your energy maintaining a version of yourself that was never yours. What's left is more capable, more magnetic and far less tired than the character you've been running.
