Our Daily Test: Lifestyle Factors Under the Lens

To put these metrics to the test, we designed a simple yet revealing experiment at Hikari OS.
For 15 consecutive days, we tracked the Bio-Well scans of one individual each morning while recording the following lifestyle variables from the previous day:

  • Sleep duration and quality

  • Food intake (including processed vs. natural foods)

  • Physical activity (movement, exercise, stretching)

  • Time spent outdoors or in nature

  • Screen time and work-related stress

Each day, we took a Bio-Well scan in the same setting, under similar conditions (fasted, no caffeine, same time).


What We’re Seeing: Early Patterns & Correlations

While this is still an ongoing project, several interesting patterns have already emerged:

  • Morning walks or time in nature (min. 30 minutes) showed an immediate improvement in chakra alignment, and stress balance the next day.

  • Deep, uninterrupted sleep (7.5+ hours) was linked to stronger energy reserves and greater organ balance across the scan.

  • Days with movement (yoga, walking, dancing) consistently showed less erratic energy fields and more balanced hemispheric activity.

  • Heavy meals or alcohol intake created visible fragmentation in the biofield and spikes in the stress level graph the following morning.

These observations affirm what many holistic practitioners know intuitively—but here, the energetic response is measurable and visual.
